Tsang’s responsibilities cover a variety of tasks that include critical and complex financial analysis and models for key transactions in the Project Finance bank loan, 144A/Reg S, and 4(a)(2) private placement markets across industries such as renewables, conventional power, and infrastructure.

Most memorable CEE experience: Tsang wrote, “staying up with friends late at night in the Hollister Hall undergraduate lounge studying for multiple prelims.”

Advice on Entering the Workforce: “Be humble and flexible. Set aside your own preconceived notions on the “correct” way of approaching problems; the earlier you do so, you will pick up on skills and experience on the job. Being able to adapt and improvise is a highly undervalued quality and it is what will allow you to stand apart from your peers.”
